§ 11-11. Unauthorized dumping of solid waste in contracted refuse bins prohibited.

(a)

The placement of refuse/garbage in a collection bin/container without the express permission of the contracted customer is prohibited.

(b)

Any person or entity violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and each incident of unauthorized dumping shall constitute a separate offense.
