§ 11-25. Delinquency.

Upon nonpayment of the garbage collection charge by the tenth day of the month in which the same is due, a penalty of fifty cents ($0.50) shall be assessed, for each dwelling or housing unit, and a penalty of one dollar ($1.00) shall be assessed against any business house or industrial house. If, after the fifteenth day of such month, the charge and accrued penalty, if any, is not paid, the collector shall notify the water utility and the water service to the unit shall be discontinued until all charges and penalties are paid in full.
